You can only sneak attack once per turn. Extra attack gives you an extra attack on the same turn. You will never do two sneak attacks in this manner. There are ways to do several sneak attacks per round, but this isn’t it.
How can a rogue get extra attack?
There’s also the Rogue Scout’s 17th-level ability, Sudden Strike. If they take the Attack action on their turn, they get an additional attack as a Bonus Action. Since this attack isn’t granted by the two-weapon fighting rules, none of those restrictions apply.
Do rogues get a second attack?

Once per turn, you can deal an extra 1d6 damage to one creature you hit with an attack if you have advantage on the attack roll. The attack must use a finesse or a ranged weapon. The key thing to note there is once per TURN (not round).
Can a sneak attack be used twice in the same round?
When I DM I will not allow Sneak Attack to apply twice in the same round. When you spent your Sneak Attack you have to wait until it is your turn again, and using a reaction does not make it your turn. A typical combat encounter is a clash between two sides, a flurry of weapon swings, feints, parries, footwork, and spellcasting.
