- Boot up you Uplay and sign in.
- Boot up steam and install Heroes VI.
- When installed, open your library and right click on the game, select cd key, and copy to clipboard.
- Run game from Steam.
- When the game starts it will ask you for the cd key.
- Job done.

How to fix might and Magic Heroes VI?
I recently reinstalled HoMM 6 and was having the same problem. This fix worked for me: browse to the program folder, right-click “Might & Magic Heroes VI.exe” and select Properties. Click the Compatibility tab and check “Disable fullscreen optimizations.” Click OK. Haven’t needed to run either the game or UPlay as administrator. Good luck!

Once I had downloaded all the drivers it was time to download and install the game. Once it was finished and I pressed “launch game” I got the synchronize from uplay and the Heroes VI logo appears and then it’s loading the game into fullscreen.
