What is a good tactics rating?
600 rated is very beginner, and as was said by Håkon Hapnes Strand in his answer here, a 1400 can expect to win most of their games against a 600. But if you put them against an IM or GM, a 1400 will look like an absolute patzer, because, well… they are by comparison.
Is 1500 a good puzzle rating?
It indicates that you are statistically a player of the lower spectrum (rather bad sry), who is quite okay in easy tactics, but lacks skills in other parts of the chess game, which ones can only be found out by analysis of your games.
