As far as I can tell, this would indicate that a Changeling could shapeshift into anything that’s Medium-sized and roughly human-shaped, whether it be a Werewolf, a Zombie, or a Medusa.

As an action, you can change your appearance and your voice. You determine the specifics of the changes, including your coloration, hair length, and sex. You can also adjust your height and weight, but not so much that your size changes.
How can you tell a Changeling?
The surest way to tell if you have a Changeling on your hands is by observing the temperament of the human in question. Changelings are constantly unhappy, unfriendly, and mean. They may be very cold and aloof, and may even recoil from human touch. Changeling babies’ appetites are never satiated.
What can a changeling do to a command staff?
The changeling can shift its appearance, making them look and sound exactly like a victim of which they have absorbed. This can be massive compromise in security, especially if command staff are absorbed and the changeling is able to imitate them. Changelings can also, via their lesser form ability, transform into monkeys and do monkey things.
