- Look for a free tile next to a road, near to some houses.
- Click the correct orientation button so that your bus station will have its entrance facing the road.
- Left-click on your chosen tile to build the bus station there.

How do I purchase road’s vehicles?
- To build a road vehicle, place a depot and then click it.
- You will be presented with the depot window.
- Select one and click “Buy Vehicle” at the bottom of this window.
- The vehicle will appear in the depot window and the vehicle’s control window will open.
How do you link stations to Openttd?
No, you cannot merge two stations after they are built. You can however rebuild one of them and then join them back in with the other station.
Where do you pick up passengers in OpenTTD?
In classic OpenTTD you can have buses in A collect passengers from the various bus stops and transfer them at the train station. There a train can pick them up and transfer them again at the train station in B.
Do you need a road in open TTD?
Deliver goods/required cargo as well as passengers via air or sea. Road is not recommended, as you would need bridges and raising land to get to your main transport system. If the town is still not growing after the above has been competed, make some room by raising the land outside of the town, and help them grow by funding them.
Is there a cargo distribution system in OpenTTD?
Cargodist was originally a patch. As of June 2013, Cargodist is included in trunk; the first stable release to include it was 1.4.0. In classic OpenTTD, it is hard to distribute cargo from one source among multiple destinations. You either have to use different vehicles for each destination or set up complicated order systems to do so.
Do you have to move HQ in open TTD?
Unlike the original TTD, OpenTTD lets you relocate the HQ (for a certain price) so that you can move it away once the town starts to expand. Try not to build sharp 90 degree turns as trains can only do 55MPH around them and some servers do not allow trains to go around such corners.
