- Take all duplicated armor off of mannequin.
- Add a full set of unique enchanted armor (Thieves Guild, Nightingale, Shrouded Armor, etc.)
- The old duplicated gear should be on top again.
- The enchanted gear should still be on top.
- Mannequin should now be naked and have nothing in the inventory.

- The first thing to do is go to the mannequin that needs fixed.
- Have a full set of armor on, and the armor you want to put on the mannequin in your invintory.

Why do mannequins keep unequipping armor in Skyrim?
I just installed the game and some mods and for some reason all mannequins now keep unequipping/not accepting armor (no relations to a specific item). It doesn’t dupplicate armor, just dont “accept” some itens or accept others (if I leave the house or go to the cellar and come back the itens accepted or refused may change).

Except the Vanilla Script Fix. This actually caused the ‘mannequin not spawning on it’s stand’ glitch for me, followed not only by still losing the gear placed on the mannequins, but also a CTD. Perhaps that information will help in finding the problem?
Can you leave an area and come back later?
You can leave an area and come back later to loot the bodies, yes. However the bodies in each area will “recycle” eventually to make place for new ones. – Bleep Bloop Dec 23 ’11 at 6:08 “Eventually” can be pretty fast. I once killed a dragon in Morthal on my first visit there. I did not loot it because I didn’t have enough carry capacity.
