How long does it take to get your Webkinz account back?

Where do I Find my Adoption code on Webkinz?
Your Pet’s Adoption Code will either be on a tag attached to your plush pet, or it will have been sent to you if the Webkinz Pet was purchased at the Ganz eStore (check your Ganz eStore order history for the Adoption Code). How does KinzCash go missing in Webkinz World?
The only way items and KinzCash go missing is if someone else is using your child’s account. Sometimes children share usernames and passwords. We do not recommend this. We suggest that all children keep their passwords a secret. To change the password, please go to the Webkinz World home page and click ‘I’m a Member.’
Did Webkinz delete my account?
Ganz, the company that owns the Webkinz brand, has announced that it will permanently delete all archived, inactive accounts on October 1st, 2019. If you’ve left your account inactive for more than a year and don’t log in by September 30th, your pet will be deleted forever.
