The Gem of Ease, once it reaches level 25 (so you’ll need to be able to run at least a Greater Rift 30 or so) can be socketed into a weapon to not only increase the amount of experience you get but also to lower the level requirement of that weapon to 1.
Is there a cap on Paragon levels?
There is no cap on Paragon levels. Players can now earn as many Paragon levels as they can, provided they contribute time. All that needs to be done is to simply fight monsters and complete quests with a hero already at lvl 70.

How does vacuum pickup work in Diablo 3?
It was only later on that “Vacuum Pickup” was introduced, where if you click on a gem, then you also pickup all nearby gems. But even so, Ive said before to others that want this “feature” : If you truly want to have EVERYTHING in the game be auto pickup just by walking over it, then what is left to you as a player to actually do?
What can you do with a pet in Diablo 3?
At the moment, pets are useless just for the visual purpose and they do nothing other than pick up gold. It will be cooler if some pets collect only gold, some pets collect crafting mats, some pet collect only gems, some pet collect only DB and some pets can collect 2 different things like Mats and Gold or any combination you can think of.
