There is no way to create a homebrew class, or edit base class features on D&D Beyond at this time. It is planned for the longterm road map. You can create homebrew subclasses, races, backgrounds, feats, magic items, spells and monsters currently.
Is an archetype a subclass?
Archetypes are basically subclasses, for example the Barbarian’s primal path, bard’s college, cleric’s divine domain, etc. They are used for flavoring your character and has effects on your playstyle.
Can you have two subclasses 5e?
A different subclass is not a new class. Per the rules, as Mellie and Bobob pointed out, this is not possible. As a DM, I would not allow multiclassing into the same class with a different sub.
What is DND subclass?

Is roguish archetype a subclass?
It’s like a combination of Scout and Assassin subclasses at this point. ‘ Remember, this subclass is slower to come online. Most Roguish Archetypes gain their defining features at level three, but the Phantom takes more time to really shine.
When can you pick a subclass DND?
In the class description, it will list powers and abilities that are applicable to every Fighter, such as hit dice, level 1 and 2 abilities, and so on. After that, the description will list the subclasses that you select (typically) upon reaching level 3.
