If you wish to reactivate an archived account and you remember your login credentials, simply attempt to login to your Webkinz World account to initiate the automatic account recovery process. You will be able to login to your account after 24 hours.

You can still get back an account that is archived by trying to log in, but you obviously can’t recover a deleted account. For convenience, you can use an existing Webkinz Classic login to create an account in Webkinz Next (and vice-versa), but PLEASE NOTE that they are otherwise COMPLETELY SEPARATE GAMES. Is there a way to recover my Webkinz account?

In a blog post earlier this year explaining its decision to begin archiving dormant accounts, Ganz said “millions of Webkinz accounts have been created since we launched in 2005, and for various reasons, many of those accounts have since become inactive. Over time, that has added up to a huge amount of data that needs to be stored.”
Is it possible to play Webkinz after mass deletions?
Even after the mass deletions, Webkinz will still be around. If you restore your account by the given deadline, you’re free to play the game online as usual, and Ganz even developed mobile and desktop apps to support it well into the future. But it’s not clear if nostalgia alone will be enough to keep the site afloat.
