It does seem like a driver issue, this is now 3 posts with 5700’s all having problems, however its something you need to report to AMD, this game is not being worked on and has not been worked on for years. It ran fine on my amd fx with a gtx970, I have also upgraded to ryzen, but still using the gtx970 and still running fine.
