Go to your badges page (your name > badges), click on the game you want to see the cards of and it will display them to you. You can easily see which cards you have and which ones you are missing. Steam will also display a list of friends who own each card that you’re missing.
What is the rarest badge on Steam?
The rarest one that technically anyone could have gotten would be a max level HW beta tester badge. Only 100 people have that badge as only the people who won a free steam machine got it but the contest was open to anyone with a steam account.
