Why do Monsters keep spawning in my house?
Any blocks in your house that have a light level at 7 or below WILL spawn mobs, and they will spawn more often in the day time. Windows may allow more light into your house. The risk of players spawning inside each-other isn’t a big problem. It depends on the amount of spawns you have placed in the lobby, and they can be extremely small.

Why do monsters spawn in my house in Minecraft?
Monsters are easily able to spawn in dim places. Second, if your floors are made of dirt, try to change them to an unnaturally-forming material.
