First off, your PS4 has to be activated as your main console for you to share DLC on it. On the console, go to Settings -> PSN -> Activate as your Primary PS4….

NOT A PROBLEM. if the developers care about the customer. Either way, they lock your PSN, Steam, Xbox account and just change over to another platform. I already payed over 200$ for all the expansions on PS4. and now i can’t switch over to PC and play there with better and faster graphics.
