A Portent roll replaces a d20 roll, not modifiers. As such, it is clear that, post-errata, Portent replaces only one of the dice when rolling at advantage or disadvantage. After advantage or disadvantage is applied, modifiers are added to the die as usual to determine the total for the roll.
Does Portent overrule legendary resistance?
Yes. The Legendary Resistance ability is phrased as “If the [creature] fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.” This doesn’t specify anything about whether the saving throw was from a physical dice roll or some other source, just that it can be used to prevent a failed saving throw.

Do you gain intelligence from being a divination Wizard?
Divination Wizards gain no intrinsic benefits from Intelligence since Divination is a buff-centric school. However, you’re a Wizard. You’re still using cantrips, save spells, and attack rolls to deal damage.
How often can you replace a d20 in Wizards of the Coast?
When you finish a long rest, roll two d20s and record the numbers rolled. You can replace any attack roll, saving throw, or ability check made by you or a creature that you can see with one of these foretelling rolls. You must choose to do so before the roll, and you can replace a roll in this way only once per turn.
