What is Special Ops Survival mode?
“Special Ops Survival Mode is an exclusive*, additional cooperative mode for PlayStation 4 Call of Duty: Modern Warfare players that pits you and up to three of your friends against enemy forces in intense cooperative combat.
Can you play survival without Spec Ops?
Survival will be there under Special Operations. Before you can play, you must download the Survival Compatibility Pack. You can download this by going to Co-Op and pressing Survival, after which the game will prompt you to start the download.
Can you unlock attachments in survival?
Weapons that you carry in Survival Mode can be upgraded during breaks. However, only attachments that have been unlocked can be bought.
Is Spec Ops split-screen?
The series is allowing players in the same room to team up cooperatively through split-screen multiplayer in the Spec Ops mode. The second player will then be prompted to sign into an Activision account to start playing. This is mandatory, so make sure you set one up for your friend if you haven’t already.
