Haderax will heal rapidly at certain points in the fight — if you want to defeat him solo, you need to stop his healing. The only way to do that is to hid Haderax with slag element weapons. Next, you need to reach our special cheesing spot — that’s an area where Haderax can’t hit you.

Pyro Pete the Invincible is a raid boss exclusive to Mr. Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage. He is a stronger version of Pyro Pete, and can be summoned by using the “Raid Post” found in his old arena underneath Pyro Pete’s Bar, located in The Beatdown, once the main story missions been completed.

IMO pyro pete is the absolute easiest raid boss to kill. The trick is to ammo up, remove your grenade mod, when pyro pete spawns you nade jump up to the right of where he spawns. There’s a room up there you can get to and you stay in that room.
Is there a way to solo Pyro Pete?
Pyro Pete isn’t actually a big problem except for the loooong fight and the DOT effects, just keep moving and he’ll never hit you with anything else. No shields spawn with immunity to both elements (unless there’s a unique/legendary I’m unfamiliar with) He can be soloed, but of course a group really does help.
Can a singularity grenade kill Pete the Invincible?
Since the spawns from the pipes do not seem to gain much health alongside their level, a strong Singularity grenade can kill most of them in a single blast, and already heavily damage the higher level ones, while also pulling Pete away. Solo play also allows for additional tactics which are not possible in co-operative play.
Can a vault hunter shoot Pete the Invincible?
Pete may follow by jumping but will get stuck and Vault Hunters can jump down and shoot him from ground level.
How many levels higher does Pete the Invincible get?
Each time you spin the valve means another wave of enemies. These enemies that spawn actually do more damage than Pete himself as they can be anywhere from five levels lower to thirteen levels higher than you, depending on how much health Pete has left and the amount of times you spin the valves.
