You can do one side of DG as a Werewolf. You can start it as a Vampire, but once you get to the point where you must choose sides, you need to have your Vampirism cured to progress on the Dawnguard side of things. Joining the Vampire side will cure Lycanthropy.

If you’re already a vampire, becoming a werewolf will cure your vampirism.

This will never ever happen again, if you want to become a vampire. Drinking blood obviously means either to kill or at least to harm human beings. Would you really want to do that? If so you might consider visiting a martial arts school where you can do so without the sacrifices that come with being a vampire.
