Can you attack a base with a FTL inhibitor?
FTL inhibitors shouldnt hinder you from attacking a base in a border-system. If an FTL Inhibitor is active in a system that means that you can enter the system, but can only leave it the same way you entered it unless you get rid of the inhibitor (by capturing the base and/or planet (s) wich are projecting them).
