How to Get a FIDE ID Number and FIDE Rating
- Step One: Apply for a FIN. A FIN or FIDE ID Number is a unique identifying number assigned to each player which is needed for him/her to participate in FIDE rated tournaments.
- Step Two: Participate in FIDE Rated Tournaments.
- Step Three: Check the Next Month’s FRL.
How do you get a FIDE ID?
In order to get fide rating you must have to fulfill these criteria:
- You have to play against at least 5 rated players.
- Score at least 0.5 point(a draw) against a rated player.
- Based on your performance against rated players you will get a fide rating at the end of the month.
