Normally you only get one turn per round and therefore one reaction, but there is at least one way to get multiple turns during one round and therefore multiple reactions: Thief’s Reflexes gained at 17th level (Rogue/Thief) lets you take two turns during the first round of combat.

How many reactions can a character use per round/turn? For each round of combat a character only gets one reaction. They regain their reaction each time they take their turn, not at the top of the combat round. When you take a reaction, you can’t take another one until the start of your next turn.
How do I get more actions in D&D?
You can take a bonus action only when a special ability, spell, or feature states that you can do something as a bonus action.

If you do, you gain two extra reactions for each attack you gave up. You can’t use more than one reaction per turn, and you lose these reactions at the beginning of your next turn.
Is there any way to gain additional reactions in DND?
Time Stop also lets you take multiple turns during a single round, but you’d need to trigger your reaction on your own turn and use it without affecting other creatures in order to recover it the same round. Is there a way to get extra reactions?
