- Open the Custom Designs app on your Nook Phone.
- Go to a blank pattern and press “Y”
- It will Bring up two options, “Swap Spots” and “Copy” 4.Select “Copy”
- Now select the design you would like to get rid of.
- It will bring up another two options “Actually, no” and “Delete it.”
