Wujeeta is an Argonian skooma addict, who can be found walking around the Riften docks or inside the Riften Fishery during the day. In the evenings, she will be at Haelga’s Bunkhouse, while occasionally she can be seen standing on the porch of Honeyside.

To start the quests, speak to Wujeeta in the Riften Fishery, near the docks outside the gates of Riften. She will ask if you have anything to help her get over an affliction. Give her a minor potion of healing, and you will find out about her Skooma addiction and start the series of objectives.
