There’s no way to stop your achievements to be automatically announced in guild chat. The only real way for it stop is if your other guild mates turn it off and then they won’t see yours. I don’t get why Blizzard just doesn’t turn off the achievement announcement for account-bound achievements like “A Shave and a Haircut” for example.
