Why does Enthir keep saying this is going to be terrible for business?
Enthir may be stuck saying “This is going to be terrible for business” if the quests The Staff of Magnus or The Eye of Magnus are active. Both of these quests may have to be completed in order to talk to him. Another possible solution is to leave and wait for normal store hours and Enthir becoming open for business.
How do I talk to Enthir?
Type moveto player (press enter). Close console with ~ again, and Enthir should appear. Enthir will complain about some stuff, keep following him and press E to talk to him, he will finally open the dialogue so one can buy Daedra Hearts from him.
Can you marry Onmund?
You meet Onmund when you play through the College of Winterhold questline and can easily marry him after completing a small personal quest. As well as the usual marriage benefits, Onmund makes for a good mage follower in combat and can be recruited into the Blades.
Why is enthir not offering to sell me anything?
Due to a save/load glitch I lost a couple of hours work yesterday and need to do this again. This time though, Enthir won’t offer to sell me anything at all. He just keeps telling me what I can’t do while at the college.
What can you buy from enthir in Skyrim?
Enthir sells mainly mage equipment and supplies, such as staves, robes, scrolls, ingredients, spell books, and soul gems. He does sell some rare items, such as daedra hearts and black soul gems. He will buy any type of item. He wears expert robes of illusion and a pair of boots.
Can you have dialogue with enthir in Skyrim?
Enthir will never initiate dialogue with fellow College members, as all the scenes were set to take place in the Hall of Countenance where none of them will ever meet. This bug is fixed by version 1.3.3 of the Unofficial Skyrim Patch. You must trade with Enthir before you become an Archmage or he will not trade with you.
Where does enthir go on a normal day?
On a normal day, Enthir wakes up at 9am. He spends his time wandering around his room. He will usually be found seated on one of the chairs inside his room or on the bench located just outside his quarters. At 3pm, he leaves the Hall of Attainment to head to the Hall of the Elements.
