There is no button to show the items on the floor. There are scrolls though, not sure if just in hellfire or regular, that will highlight the items on the floor when used. otherwise just keep swiping your mouse over the screen until you see something.

Set Items aren’t like Uniques, where the game won’t drop one if that item already exists in the game. You just have to keep killing monsters that can drop the type of item you want, or keep gambling them, and eventually you’ll get the one you want.

Sigh, 5 replies and no helpful answer. Open your inventory, press alt, open your cube (it has to be in your inventory, not in your stash), release alt, and close your cube/inventory. Now items will always be shown.

Your selected character has to have a line of sight to the item. Bits of smoke or poison clouds or objects on tables can block your view of other objects. Note: This is ONLY to be used to report spam, advertising, and problematic (harassment, fighting, or rude) posts.

Yes, increase your perception. Yes, increase your perception. That doesn’t really address the ops request to have “ground items” always shown, like when you press ALT. It’s not an unreasonable request or expectation since ALT is already in the game. I would rather see ALT as a toggle for this type of feature.
