Open the magic panel, head to Shouts and unlock Bend Will to learn the final mystery of your enemy. If you don’t have a dragon soul, hunt for one in the wilderness of Skyrim (but not in Solstheim, or else Miraak will steal the soul for himself!).

So im at this quest, and need a dragon soul to unlock it, but everytime i kill a dragon it does not absorb the soul and so i can’t unlock the last word of the shout. Any idea? Or i may be missing something. what dragons r u killing…? Any kind, the random encounters. But no soul can’t be absorbed. maybe a serten…. Dragon must be killed “cough”
Do you need souls to unlock bend will?
Never have had this problem because I always am level 60+ so the items are at the highest level. I’ve always unlocked shouts immediately so usually I have 20+ souls at any given time. lol if you need dragon souls go to falkreath,there is always a dragon when i go there,make sure you have the dead dragon fully looted or despawned though
How many dragon souls do you need to use the bend will shout?
I’m trying to complete the fate of the skaal quest, but when i try to equip the bend will shout to use on the wind stone, it says “dragon souls are required to unlock”. When I go to my shouts, it says in the bottom right corner 83 dragon souls. How many dragon souls could I possibly need?
