In your case, you need to advance one level to level 55. I’d suggest finishing up a few side quests and even completing Grizzleheim and Wintertusk before you try Zafaria. When it was originally released, it was intended for wizards level 60 & above.

Should you do Wintertusk before Celestia?
You should do it so you don’t end up having to do what I am and go back and have to work a long time on a mission that should have been really easy but I can’t get to the area yet. I finished wintertusk and I’m almost done with celestia. After doing wintertusk celestia is not challenge any more.
