The spell Gate allows the caster to summon any creature whose name is known to them. When you cast this spell, you can speak the name of a specific creature (a pseudonym, title, or nickname doesn’t work).
How does arcane gate work?
You create linked teleportation portals that remain open for the duration. Choose two points on the ground that you can see, one point within 10 feet of you and one point within 500 feet of you. A circular portal, 10 feet in diameter, opens over each point.
Can a wish spell grant immortality?
Wish obviously wish can do anything, including granting immortality. A wish for immortality is unlikely to be granted in a straightforward manner though and would be a good opportunity for the DM to implement some sort of curse or other downside on the PC as a result of their wish.

How does gate work DND?
You conjure a portal linking an unoccupied space you can see within range to a precise Location on a different plane of existence. The portal is a circular opening, which you can make 5 to 20 feet in diameter. You can orient the portal in any direction you choose.

Are hags immortal?
The true lifespan of hags was unknown, and if not literally immortal they were effectively so for many races. At minimum they lived for several centuries and at maximum many millennia, with lifespans comparable to dragons.
