Yes, you can. If you still have difficulties to understand the answer given then you can leave a comment to the answer asking for more clarification on that part of the answer you are having difficulties to understand.
What makes a survey reliable?
A survey instrument is said to have high reliability if it produces similar results under consistent conditions, and any change would be due to a true change in the attitude, as opposed to changing interpretation (i.e., a measurement error).

How to write no opinion in a survey?
Provide ‘No Opinion’ answer options (when necessary) By including a ‘neutral’ answer option, such as ‘N/A’, ‘Prefer not to Answer’ or ‘No Opinion’, you give respondents the choice to opt-out. If they aren’t given this choice, they have to select another answer.
How many answer options do you need for a scaled question?
