Can you dual wield rapiers DND?
How ‘dual wielding’ works is that you can hold any two weapons you like that don’t have the ‘Two-handed’ property. A wizard can hold both a longsword and a staff without an issue, and your rogue could hold two rapiers without issue.
Can you attack with two weapons at once?
The two-weapon fighting sections says: When you take the Attack action and attack with a light melee weapon that you’re holding in one hand, you can use a bonus action to attack with a different light melee weapon that you’re holding in the other hand. With that in mind, the only restriction is that one attack must be with each weapon.

Can you draw and throw three weapons at the same time?
When an object requires your action for its use, you take the Use an Object action. This action is also useful when you want to interact with more than one object on your turn. As you note, this means you cannot draw and throw three weapon in the same turn.
Can you shoot more than one pistol at a time?
If a model has multiple weapons, they cam shoot them all each turn. Later, they mention that pistol type weapons can nor be fired with other weapons. Most list so far do not give you the option for more than one non pistol weapon anyway. Thanks – I’ve missed this rule about pistols not with other weapons. That would make everything make sense.
