Sneak attack occurs when an enemy is denied it’s dexterity/dodge to AC or when it is “flanked”. Some enemies (plants, constructs, ect) are immune to sneak attack damage because it is considered precision damage. In the video game “flanked” is when two targets threaten something in melee.

When do you get feats in the Pathfinder Handbook?
Feats are now gained at every odd-numbered level, ie at levels 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, and 19. Individual feats have had many, many changes, way too many for me to list. Many of the old standard feats have been weakened, while others have been improved.
How many skill points do you get per level in Pathfinder?
Classes now get a number of skill points each level equal to their class skill points + Int bonus. Cross-class skill penalties are also gone; they’re now 1:1, no limit, same as anything else. If a skill is a class skill and you put at least one rank in it, you get +3 to that skill.
