Does leaver buster ever reset?
This counter is shared in both ranked and normal queue, and resets after 8 hours without leaving during champion select. However, queue timeout offenses do not reset.
Do you get punished for leaving a custom game?
When you leave a game, you will gain no XP/IP for the abandoned game. The match will show up as a leave in your profile and a loss is added to your statistics, even if your team wins. If a game doesn’t end (for example for server issues, or because every player left the match), no penalties are given out.
How does leave Buster work in League of Legends?
Leaverbuster uses a ‘level’ system to determine how many games you have left. Essentially if you leave games, you will get a warning. If you continue to leave then your account will be suspended. When your suspension expires, if you continue to leave, you will get a longer suspension. This will continue.
What to do when leaverbuster doesn’t work?

What happens when you leave a game in leaverbuster?
Players who leave games will be placed in a low priority queue and will be required to play 5 matchmade games without leaving before exiting low priority queue. Note: Leaving ranked games is considered more severe than leaving normal games.
