World quests now respawn every 6 hours instead of 3 – huge dearth of content. Previously, World quests – and not just warden towers – would populate every 3 hours. They could last for various amounts of times but every 3 hours we’d get a burst of new world quests.

Why are my quests no longer auto tracking?
I don’t recall when the problem began but it has been a while now at least 3 months that when I am in Retail and I accept a Quest it will no longer auto track on my Objective bar. I have to go into my Quest Log and Shift click to get it to pop up.
Why are there no new quests in Star Stable?
There are no new quests because (I think) you’re a non-star rider. The game is free to play until level 5, and at that point you have to pay to unlock everything else. Eventually, after paying and playing for a little longer, Conrad will give you the horseshoes. Hope this helped
