Once you’ve received a traffic infringement notice for your offence, you’ll have demerit points added to your licence. These points will only disappear 3 years after the date of your offence. Once the points are recorded, there is no other way to reset or remove them.
Do I get all my points back after good Behaviour?
If the driver breaches the good behaviour period their licence is suspended for double the original suspension period. Once the suspension period or the good behaviour period is successfully complete demerit points on the licence are erased.

Enter the information requested, which includes your name and driver’s license number. Then you can gain access to your driving record and view any points on your license.
Does Qld do double demerit points?
In Queensland, double demerit points apply all year round. People who repeatedly commit specific offences will receive double demerit points for the second or subsequent offence if the later offence was committed within 12 months of an earlier offence.

Zero point still can drive. If the driver accumulates 13 or more demerit points within a period of 12 months, the license will be revoked. So basically, if your points go negative then you kiss your license good bye.
