Is it possible to survive on only one day of food a day?
So while eating only once every 3-4 days won’t kill you from starvation (which is true), you will slowly get weaker and weaker from being malnourished until you eventually still risk death. Long story short – even if you CAN technically survive on only a day’s worth of food every four days, there’s a reason people eat every day.
