Legendary powers significantly modify an aspect of your character’s gameplay, but you must choose wisely as you can only equip one legendary at a time and each legendary requires a new and rare currency, Soul Ash to craft and upgrade.
How do you equip two Legion Legendaries?
Once your character upgrades their Tier 6 upgrade choice, they can equip two Legion legendaries. The only way to equip more than three legendary items is if you are able to obtain Aman’Thul’s Vision from Argus the Unmaker in Antorus. You can equip this item and any other two legendary items on one character.
Can you still obtain Legion Legendaries?
Edit: Legendaries are still sold by the Legion Legendary vendor Arcanomancer Vridiel. This restriction was already present in BFA for characters above level 115, but it still left them usable for characters in lower levels, like alts or twinks.
Can you Transmog Legendaries in BFA?
Legendaries without class restrictions on the items themselves, but are restricted to certain classes in their way of obtaining it (like Val’anyr, Hammer of Ancient Kings and Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa’s Rest) can be transmogged by all classes that can equip the weapon type!

Legendary Item Material Costs Rank 2 costs 2,000 Soul Ash. Rank 3 costs 3,200 Soul Ash. Rank 4 costs 5,150 Soul Ash. Rank 5 upgrade costs 5,150 Soul Ash and 1,100 Soul Cinders.

Legion Legendaries Legion Legendary effects no longer work in Timewalking but they can be used as stat sticks if you need specific stats.

Upgrading your Legendary requires three things: Your current Legendary Item. A new Base Item of the same type as your Legendary and at the Rank that you want to upgrade to. The appropriate amount of Soul Ash for each Rank that you are upgrading your Legendary.
