WHile Armor of Hexes can be used on ANY and ALL attacks, its still limited to one reaction per turn anyways, now if there is an item or a spell that give you multiple reactions( dunno if there are, or if there will be in the future)…

Maybe your DM can homebrew something so that the weapon has properties which unlock either at different levels or when you perform tasks for your Patron. As for a Blade Pact Hexblade, yes there is an extra benefit conferred, it can be found in the Hex Warrior ability.
How does the Hex warrior weapon effect work?
Keep in mind that by default Hex Warrior’s weapon effect works on a weapon which you touch at the end of a long rest, but if you later take Pact of the Blade the effect extends to that weapon too, so you can affect have two weapons with which to attack using Charisma.
