I’m just curious as to why anyone would use Heward’s Handy Haversack (rare) over a Bag of Holding (uncommon). The Bag of Holding holds more, costs less (or is easier to get) because it is uncommon, and both require an action to retrieve an item. The Haversack weighs less, but not by enough to make much of a difference.
