A wizard can copy a spell scroll into their spell book for 50gp/level + 2 hours (not counting Wizard schools). So, if a level 5 wizard finds a fireball spell scroll, they copy the spell into their spell book for 150gp of materials and it takes 6 hours, which then consumes/destroys the scroll.
Can clerics copy spells?
No you cannot transfer spells prepared as a Cleric into your spellbook. When you find a wizard spell of 1st level or higher, you can add it to your spellbook if it is of a level for which you have spell slots and if you can spare the time to decipher and copy it.

A wizard spell on a spell scroll can be copied just as spells in spellbooks can be copied. When a spell is copied from a spell scroll, the copier must succeed on an Intelligence (Arcana) check with a DC equal to 10 + the spell’s level.
How does a wizard copy a spell into a scroll?
The first is what wizards get when they buy a spell to copy into their books. Let’s say the local wizard is open to making a few bucks letting wizards buy copies of some of the spells they know. What they do is recopy the spell onto a scroll, and give that to the wizard, rather than letting a strange wizard copy directly out of his spellbook.
What happens if a check fails to copy a spell?
