Repairing Bhakti is a sidequest first available when the party visits Oerba in Chapter 11. There are five parts scattered across town that must be obtained for Sazh to fix Bhakti. The parts can only be found when the player visits Bhakti in the Dilapidated Dwelling before completing Orphan’s Cradle.

First you set the weather to make the Long Gui and Faeryl appear (Sunny no wind). Next move the dial on the right once (this will cause lightning but no wind): Long Gui will be gone but Faeryl will stay.
How do you beat Adamanchelid?
Once players are of a high level, they can easily crush the Adamanchelid by using Evened Odds (MED/SYN/SAB) until Imperil has been inflicted. After the Synergist applies Faith and Bravery, the party should be able to pummel the enemy down. Slow is effective as well, while having Haste on the party.
How do you beat Faeryl?
Players should focus on quickly Staggering the Faeryl, but will also need to deal with its barrage of powerful attacks. Once it is staggered, switching to Cerberus (COM/COM/COM) is a good way to deal damage, using Medics or Potions to heal when necessary.
