One of my favorite ways to play up low charisma is to have them say what they intend to say, then have them roll their bluff/diplo/intim, then tell them, if they rolled exceptionally low, how they managed to ruin their intentions with a snide tone, awkward pauses, slurred speech, studders, etc.
