You can use Applied Energistics 2 storage with Logistics Pipes. Simply connect a Logistics Chassis MK2 with an ItemSink (set as default route) and a Provider Module to an ME Interface. Your LP network will be able to see the entire inventory of your ME system and use it to store items too!
