Yes. If you have a cantrip which you can cast as a bonus action, you may cast it after attacking. There are only a few cantrips which have a casting time of a bonus action.
Can you cast a cantrip as an action and a bonus action?
No. Cantrips are spells, just like any other spell. Cantrips can be cast on the same turn that a spell is cast using a bonus action.
