At 7 mana for a 7/5 minion, Baron Geddon is a great card for going against decks which get out a lot of minions fast. Baron coupled with just about any other AoE card can clear the opponent’s side of the board very easily. This card is also a very good game changer, and can turn the tide of a game very quickly.
Does Baron Geddon only do Fire damage?
While casting Inferno, Geddon cannot move or cast his abilities. This ability deals extreme amounts of Fire damage, so every Melee player must move away from Geddon when he casts it – Even the main tank. Tanks will have a hard time surviving this ability unless they have 315 or more Fire Resistance.
Can you taunt Baron Geddon?
First off clear the hound and the surger in the tunnel between geddon and garr’s room. Then you have 20 minutes before respawn so you need to get him down before then, which is fairly easy. I use taunt to pull him without clearing any other trash, and keep him in the tunnel the whole time.

Semi-circle – This strategy is to arrange the group in a *very large* semicircle around the MT, with an opening directed at the tunnel Geddon will be spawning from. When you are the bomb, turn around and run backwards towards the walls of the cave, well out of range of anyone else.
