The rules actually state that a jump won’t let you move more than your maximum movement for a round, meaning if you make the crazy high roll, a character with 30 land speed can jump up to 120ft (since max movement is a run action so 4x land soeed).
How does jump distance work?
When you make a long jump, you cover a number of feet up to your Strength score if you move at least 10 feet on foot immediately before the jump. When you make a standing long jump, you can leap only half that distance. Either way, each foot you clear on the jump costs you a foot of movement.
