Closed 8 years ago. Suppose you have Teemo vs Vladimir or Fiddlesticks, can his Blind (Q) stop the Fiddle’s Drain (E), or Vlad’s Transfusion (Q)? I did search on lolwikia but I’m still not sure about this.
