How to make an interesting character in fate?
The key to making an interesting character in FATE Core or FATE Accelerated is choosing good Aspects that add details that can be used to Invoke and Compel. Don’t say “ex-soldier” because that’s BORING. Say “Ex-soldier who’s seen too much Death” or “Ex-soldier who wants his Soul back”. Don’t say “a sword” because that’s BORING.
