Is the Webkinz app still using Flash Player?
Back in May 2019, we released the Webkinz Desktop App, and later in the year we released the Mac version. These versions did still use the Flash Player, just without a browser. We are pleased to announce that we will soon be releasing a NEW Desktop App that no longer uses Flash Player at all.
Is there going to be a new version of Webkinz?
We are simply renaming the 2005 version of Webkinz to “Webkinz Classic” and will continue to support the game with new items, pets, and events for as long as it has an audience. Let us be clear, the team that has been working on Webkinz Classic for the past three years is the same today as it has been that whole time.
