An Open-Ended problem is an activity designed to learn course content within the framework of a realistic problem. These are particularly well suited for courses whose main thrust is to help students develop the capacity for critical thinking and analysis.

Open-ended experiences include natural materials such as sand, water and mud as well as artefacts and tools that enable children to explore, investigate, problem solve and represent their understanding.

How did we make a love you to pieces puzzle?
